Our focus is always on self-service online solutions, that’s why we created an website with good design, compelling content and easy to maintain/update, but in the same time, we know how important it is to offer our tourists, highly personalized service, recommendations, right from our very first interaction with them — whether online, by phone or in-person.

 

Uniqueness is good

We do it our way. We know that the more unique, the more value we’re adding, that's why we constantly develop a repertoire of unique experiences.
We want to give our visitors something they can’t get elsewhere, we take the road less traveled instead of the well-beaten path and here we don’t necessarily talk about the attractions itself, but how we approach every interaction and how we plan every tour.

We want to be known for being a super-speedy e-mail/phone responders. Even when we’re not at the office, we are extremely responsive through voice, email and social media. Responding right away letting people know we are working on it and then give a full update within the shortest time possible.
